A diverse coffee producer with one of the main producing island synonymous with the beverage itself. Java, Sumatra and Sulawesi are well known for their quality production. Coffee has been an important part of the culture of the country since Dutch traders reportedly introduced the plants back in the 17th century. Rich volcanic soil helps with the cultivation of these wonderful coffees, and each island brings its own signatures.

Indonesia also produces “aged” coffees – held in warehouse and tended in a special traditional manner this method produces even deeper body and less acidity.
