• How long does it take to ship with FREE Fed-Ex Ground Shipping?

  2-7 business days is the estimated time packages are delivered under normal operating conditions once received by FedEx.

• Who does Armenia partner with for shipping?

  Currently we are offering discounted rates solely with Fed-Ex, if you choose to expedite via 2-Day or Overnight within the 48 continental United States.

• How can I track my shipment?

  Once your order has been filled you will get an email with your order information, which will include the FedEx tracking number. You can also access your tracking number via “My Account” once your order has been filled.

• How long does it take for my packages to ship from your facility?

  Typically, the turnaround time for a package to be shipped is 1-2 Business days.

• Can I pick my packages up from your facility?

  Yes, you can and we encourage it not only to limit shipping delays but to meet us or schedule a cupping session consisting of our other available offerings.

• Why can't you ship 25 lb. quantities of Organic Certified coffee?

  We are currently in the process of becoming certified for handling organic green.  All our organic coffee’s are certified from producer to the public warehouse they reside in.  We look forward to becoming an added partner in those organic standards.

• How can I currently purchase Organic Certified coffee?

  As we await the completion of our certification we kindly ask you to pick up your full 70kg orders from Continental Warehouse NJ.  If you are not local and desire this coffee, please call one of our traders at 914-694-6100 to help with palatalized shipping options.  Organic certified coffee’s are the only offerings that do no include free shipping currently.

• What if I can’t pick my order up from your warehouse but I need it faster then offered shipping options?

  Please call us at 914-694-6100 and we will determine a solution that works best.

• Where is your facility located?

  We are located at 721 Union Blvd, Totowa NJ 07512 for Pickups & Cuppings.

• How can I request a sample?

  After creating your account you can log in and request samples of offerings.  Samples are free of charge, if you have any questions on any offerings or need further samples please reach out to any of our traders at 914-694-6100.

• Why is there no sample option available for Exotic offerings?

  Exotic offerings are available in low quantities and we want to offer as much for roasters as possible. Please call one of our traders at 914-694-6100 to get further information regarding our exotic offerings.

• Do I have to schedule a cupping session?

  Yes, please email support@armeniacoffee.com after your order is completed and coordinate a time.

• Where do packages ship from?

  Packages ship from our NJ Facility located at 721 Union Blvd, Totowa NJ 07512.

• How can I place an order?

  First create your account. Once your account is created you can confirm your cart contents are correct and finalize the purchase 24/7 via the website. You can also call our traders during normal business hours at 914-694-6100.

• Can I buy different quantities then the 25lb offered box?

  Yes, no amount of green coffee is too big (containers) or small (1lb), please call our traders at 914-694-6100 during normal business hours to facilitate your custom order. Please note free ground shipping is only offered on 25-pound boxes.

• What is your return policy?

  We do not accept returns of food items (Green Coffee). Your satisfaction is our number one concern, for this reason we encourage you to request a sample before ordering. If you have any concerns with the coffee received please call us at 914-694-6100 or email at support@armeniacoffee.com and we will help figure out a solution.

• How do volume discounts work?

  After 2, 5, 10, & 25 boxes the discount automatically calculates in your cart. The volume discount is specific per offering. You accrue a volume discount if the threshold is reached for one type of coffee, not a combination of different offerings. The offerings page clearly shows the price per pound in relation to the number of boxes purchased.

• Can volume discounts and other offers be combined?

  Yes, depending on the promotion guidelines they may be combinable.

• How can I pay for my order?

  We accept all major credit cards and PayPal currently.

• Does Armenia offer Terms?

  With 25lb orders there are no terms offered, all orders must be paid in full, if you wanted to order in larger quantities terms can be established on a case by case basis. Please reach out to one of our traders to help establish terms at 914-694-6100.

• My question is not on this list what should I do?
