Have you heard the story of the goat farmer who is credited with the discovery of coffee as we know it, many believe this is the origination of the legend and the bean. Ethiopian coffees are named for the regions from which they are sourced and the main regions are Sidama, Harrar, Kaffa, DJimmah, Lekempti, Gimbi and Yirga Cheffe. Washed and Natural varieties come from each of the producing regions and each have a very distinctive flavor, all their own.

There are as many tastes and aromas coming from the best of Ethiopia as there are coffees themselves. This is really an origin to get to know – the best of which are considered among the best the world produces.
