This exceptional coffee comes from Coope Tarrazu. The coop, originated in 1960, produces high quality coffee from the Tarrazú region. La Pastora Tarrazú has consistently shown very good balance with complexity. It shows notes of cherry, red fruit, and chocolate. The aroma is of a floral-fruit and the coffee has a nice acidity.
