Good morning and happy Monday,
Relatively quiet week here after the July 4th holiday confirmed that Summer is officially the season here in the USA. Folks moving to cold brew and iced coffees as their main choices and why not.
Weather wise for the coffee areas of Brazil, things seem calm as we approach a new week and the market seems to be telling us today it’s not worried about going forward.
At a recent coffee forum, Colombia suggested that coffee producers work together to bring coffee prices higher.
The Brazilian Real had a very strong week.
We received sample of our FTO Sumatra that arrived into Continental last week and boy are we pleased with it, as we are with our recent arrivals of Kenya AA’s and AB’s fresh into warehouse as well.
This week should see Brazil 2/3 Screen 17/18 and Colombia EP go into store replenishing our supplies of both after a brief absence.
Today is a “Prime Day” (see what we did there?), to ask about bargains on previous crop coffees like Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, Java Estate, Colombia RFA in New York.
FTO Mexican Chiapas, Honduras Marcala, Nicaragua SHG are in Continental ready to go along with some nice Sigri AA PNG, a few bags left of our Panama “Don Vincente”, and micro lot Brazils. For those who use robusta we have a nice Vietnam Wet Polished coffee in store for you.
How can we be of help today?
