10-6-2020 Armenia Coffee Corp. Organizational Changes

Good day,

Recently Armenia Coffee Corp has experienced some personnel changes that I would like to share with you now:

After 35 years of faithful service to our organization Alan Macek, Vice President Finance has decided to retire.  All of us at Armenia are extremely thankful for his loyal, trustworthy tenure.   Joseph Coniglio has assumed Alan’s responsibilities. Domenick Plati, Controller and a veteran of 27 years, has also decided to retire.  Armenia is equally grateful to Dom for all of his years of dedicated service.  Dom’s successor is Vincent Papa.   We welcome Vinny to the firm and look forward to his many years here.  Additionally the company agreed to separate with  John Coyne effective today, October 6, 2020.

John Randall, Dave Joelson, Janis Cutler remain on the trading desk and they are eager to help in any way they can.  Joseph Coniglio will assume the role of coordinator for North American Sales effective today.

We wish those who are leaving health and happiness.

Since 1956, Armenia Coffee Corp has been a family owned company, proudly serving  the coffee industry.  We’ll  continue to work hard to earn your trust, and your business.  If you have any questions at all, please let me know.

Best regards,
Joseph Apuzzo, President/CEO
